Winter Events

This post is an ENORMOUS thank you to everyone who came out and bought artwork, cards, or ornaments from me this past holiday season. I left my wonderful day job in September to work as an artist full time. This can be a super unpredictable career, but I feel so supported by all of you!

Here's a look at just a few of the events from November and December:

This one could be it's own post... it was a big one! I set up a shop with 4 other members of the Independent Makers of Philadelphia at Philadelphia's Christmas Village. We were in a special "Handmade in Philadelphia section". The market lasted from the week before Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.

Here's the beautiful setting:

Here are a few more photos from December events. There were a ton more, but how many pictures of my table do you need to see? Sometime I'll have to post a tour of what my set up looks like for indoor and outdoor events, and what fixtures/ display items I use.

Pizzelles!

One of my favorite treats over the holiday season is pizzelles, yum!

I've designed a pizzelle notecard and ornament just in case anyone likes them as much as I do.

They're on Etsy today!

If you are in the Philadelphia area, be sure to stop by Philadelphia Independents on Sunday, December 7th for a holiday open house. I'll be there with a  little pop-up shop, and there will be hot cider and cookies!

Ornaments & Holiday Update

If you follow me on Instagram, or if you attended the Fall Art Star Craft Bazaar you've probably already seen my ornaments. I figured I'd post them here for everyone else. These ornaments are also available on Etsy.

I'm going to have a very busy December!
If you're in the Philadelphia area, check out some of these events:

I was super excited today, when The Art Dept. posted a photo from City Paper's Gift Guide. Some of my prints were included in the photo! I went and grabbed a copy right away:

I hope everyone's getting ready for a great Thanksgiving! I feel funny posting about December when I haven't had turkey yet.
